Depending on the features you use, we may process your username, email address, password hash, profile details, avatar, linked Steam or Discord identifiers, posts, wall comments, private messages, requests, reports and uploaded evidence.
We also process technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as IP addresses, timestamps, session identifiers, browser information, security events and activity logs.
2. Why we use this information
Information is used to create and secure accounts, provide community features, deliver notifications, answer requests, moderate content, prevent abuse, maintain logs and comply with legal obligations.
Processing may be based on providing the service you requested, the operator's legitimate interests in running a safe community, consent where requested, or compliance with applicable law.
3. Cookies and sessions
The core CMS uses essential cookies for login sessions, account security and optional Remember Me functionality. Optional themes, modules or external services may add other cookies; the operator must disclose them when enabled.
4. Sharing and service providers
Data may be handled by hosting, email or integration providers only where needed to operate the community. Request notifications may be sent to a configured Discord channel, while email providers process transactional messages.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or during a legitimate transfer of the community. The core CMS does not sell personal data.
5. Retention and account deletion
Information is kept only for as long as needed for the purposes described above. Retention can vary for account data, user content, requests, moderation records, security logs and legal obligations.
When an account is deleted, personal identifiers are removed or anonymized where possible. Some records may be retained when required for security, dispute resolution or legal compliance.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to certain uses of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

7. Security and external links
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Links to external websites or gaming platforms are governed by their own privacy policies.
8. Children and policy changes
Users must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and any rules set by the community operator. If personal data was provided without valid permission, contact the operator so it can be reviewed.
